DELTA- The big heart

Delta state can be found in the Niger delta area of Nigeria. Delta presents a good profile for adventure. There is the alluring environment and patches of mangrove forest that is about the second largest in the world.
One of the most fascinating things about the state is that people of distinct cultural and traditional beliefs inhabit it- itsekiris, isokos, urhobos and the Igbos.

1. Nana palace, koko: This town was made popular by the exploits of chief nana olomu of ebrohimi who resisted efforts by the colonial masters to take over his empire. His palace complex portrays the extent of his influence and wealth. A tour if the palace is a revealing experience.
2. Warri: this is a major city in the state. It is the home of many of the oil companies operating in Nigeria. It harbours the warri refinery and the petrol training institute.
3. Sapele: This town still retains its traditional setting.
4. Asaba: Here you will find the Lander brothers’ anchorage, Royal Niger company house, asaba recreational park.
5. Araya bible site located in isoko
6. Ibru ecumenical centre located in Agbara-otor, near ughelli.

DELHI- A city to behold

Have you tried an elephant ride? That may sound incredible but you can do just that in India. This is just one of what makes India an incredibly irresistible, both for leisure and business. At the centre of these attractions is Delhi, the capital city of India. Delhi is full of history, art, museums, monuments, crafts and people. It is a blend of interesting historic past of dynasties, battles and people. In Delhi, you find virtually everything from handmade Tibetan carpets, antiques and jewelry to modern art and designer clothes. Delhi is divided into two; old and New Delhi. KANO STATE

Best known as Nigeria’s center of commerce, Kano state is also famous for its transatlantic exploits. Over the years, it has built a reputation for itself on the haven of fun and leisure in the northern part of the country. The state boasts of a number of leisure sports where one can catch fun and unwind. The sharia status of the state has not so much affected the social lives of the state as people freely go in search of leisure.

BADAGRY

Badagry is a city in the outskirts of Lagos. It has a rich history that dates back to 426 AD. People of diverse background could be found in the city; but mainly the Yorubas and the Aworis abound. The ruler of the town is known as Akran of Badagry. Beside the Akran, other title holder known as the white cap chiefs, help to administer the town with each of the city quarters having its own chief.
The people of Badagry have fought to preserve their occupation and religious beliefs. For instance, many of them are still farmers, fishermen, net and mat makers. There are several Christians, Muslims and traditionalists that go about their religious acts in the city. Several site attractions can be found in the city and they include:
